1. Cancellation Policy

  • Local and Outstation Bookings:

    • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time: No cancellation charges.

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time: 25% cancellation fee will be applicable.

    • Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup or after the vehicle has been dispatched: 50% cancellation fee will be applicable.

    • No-show or failure to board the cab: No refund will be provided.

  • One-Way Rides:

    • Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the pickup time: Full refund.

    • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the pickup time: 50% cancellation fee will apply.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of cancellation.

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

  • In case of any payment gateway/service charge deductions, those are non-refundable.

3. Modification Policy

  • Ride modifications (like date/time change or pickup/drop change) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Special Cases

  • In case of vehicle unavailability due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. breakdown, strike, or natural calamity), a full refund will be issued, or an alternative arrangement will be offered.
