1. Cancellation Policy
Local and Outstation Bookings:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time: No cancellation charges.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time: 25% cancellation fee will be applicable.
Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup or after the vehicle has been dispatched: 50% cancellation fee will be applicable.
No-show or failure to board the cab: No refund will be provided.
One-Way Rides:
Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the pickup time: Full refund.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the pickup time: 50% cancellation fee will apply.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of cancellation.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
In case of any payment gateway/service charge deductions, those are non-refundable.
3. Modification Policy
Ride modifications (like date/time change or pickup/drop change) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Special Cases
In case of vehicle unavailability due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. breakdown, strike, or natural calamity), a full refund will be issued, or an alternative arrangement will be offered.
